Position Description
We are seeking a HR Co-ordinator to join the Chemicals Administrative (Admin) Area Staff (Assistant to the Executive Head). The Admin Area is headed by a Vice President who reports to the business line Sr. Vice President. The HR Co-ordinators primary role will be involved in the preparation of special reports, providing analysis of business related activities, coordinating administrative activities, etc.

The Assistant to the Executive Head staff is responsible for developing the Admin Area, reviewing all human resource activities that occur at the Admin Area level, and developing and implementing organizational changes. The organization has general oversight, ensuring all items are accomplished within the guidelines of the company.

Initially, the individual may be assigned to work in one of the Chemicals departments to develop an understanding of the HR activities while using the HR SAP system. It is imperative that the individual understands and can use SAP and have a general understanding of the HR processes as well as verify that all data is accurate in the system and follow the corporate HR guidelines at Saudi Aramco.

Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will hold a B.S. or B.A. degree. An advanced degree is preferred but not required. HR Certification would be a plus.

The position requires at least 5-8 years of experience in a business that included work in human resources, budgeting, and general support for management.

Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Co-ordinator will be involved with human resources activities within the Chemicals Admin Area such as, but not limited to, manpower planning, training and development, and organizational changes. You will develop your expertise and understanding of the policies and procedures of the company, and the multiple systems used for HR activities. With respect to the systems, the successful candidate will be expected to learn how to use them in detail, including understanding all authority limits, roles, and responsibilities at all levels of management. This position requires understanding of the Chemicals organization and of the company as a whole. This is a very interactive position that requires the candidate to meet people internally, and externally to Chemicals. The candidate will regularly interface with other organizations throughout Saudi Aramco. Assembling, understanding, and maintaining a detailed backup of all supporting documentation is a key aspect of this position. Initial developmental assignments may be at a lower level within the organization.
