Production Engineer

Production Engineer, the pivotal link between commissioning and production ramp-up. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Process Engineers, facilitating the transition from commissioning to production readiness. Once production is underway, your focus shifts to optimizing performance and yield, spearheading projects to minimize losses across the board.

Your primary responsibilities include analyzing loss data, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and launching improvement projects. Additionally, you'll ensure comprehensive documentation for seamless post-commissioning operations and collaborate with Process Engineering to establish effective handover protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze loss data to pinpoint top areas of improvement.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analyses to address identified losses.
• Lead project launches aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure the availability of comprehensive documentation post-commissioning.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to establish smooth handover processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production and engineering.
• Proficiency in QA troubleshooting tools.
• Experience in scaling production within dynamic environments, preferably in industries such as Battery, Food, Pharma, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen technical and business acumen.
• Expertise in detailed root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) metrics.
