A typical HSE Supervisor will support the HSE manager and wider team with the planning, coordination, and implementation of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure all objectives are met within a business.

An HSE supervisor will support the project operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues. The supervisor will work closely with the HSE manager, ensuring all projects are compliant and regular HSE audits are undertaken.

Wider support will be given usually to the companies strategy to implement company-wide HSE initiatives e.g. ISO 14001 and assist with developing HSE plans that are compliant with the company policies.
