Field Application Engineer - Building Automation

Work closely with the sales manager, building good relationships with potential customers and developing things from scratch to achieve sustainable company growth.Responsibilities Being responsible for site activities, coordination, and supervision of works related to engineering and systems design.Communicating with clients to determine technical needs and explain complex issues.Making analysis, testing, and simulation of control strategies, learned for new technology, and developing a strong technical team to support sales and project activities. Working within existing software, engineering hardware components that optimize the latest technologies needs.Providing technical support and responding to customers and leading demonstrations. Managing field activities and implementing engineering designs.Ensuring timely completion of all projects, particularly the testing & commissioning schedules, and within specification.Supporting onsite teams for project management.Working with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with technical matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering background and Master's degree.At least 5 years of experience in control and automation systems for buildings and facilities.Confidence to start things from scratch.Ability to understand customer needs to do technical opportunity assessment and generate innovative ideas. Excellent communication and presentation skills with customers and business associates.Good command of English both written and spoken.
