Main Purpose of the role:
To deliver an effective administration service, supporting the the office and site teams. The chosen candidate will also be trained on the call centre department.

The successful candidate will complete an intermediate Standard Apprenticeship, Level 3 Business Administration qualification, working towards the standard of the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ). The Apprentice will be office based though may be required to travel to our second office in Leeds, Apprentice's should be able to travel by their own means within the Leeds city area. As a responsible employer, ENGIE expect all staff to implement and adhere to the company's Safety, Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ) requirements.

What we are looking for:
  • Some experience in a similar role
  • Familiar with all Microsoft software and be computer literate
  • Confident, organised and self-motivated
  • Able to work with a diverse range of people
  • Demonstrates eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent standards
  • Professional attitude and approach to work
