What are we looking for ? The Change Manager will Lead on behalf of the Business Unit Manager in identifying, specifying and prioritising change requirements, across people, process and systems, to support delivery of the business operating plan. Then commissioning and implementing the necessary change activity, in coordination with other business leads where appropriate, to meet the business plan and strategy of the business unit..

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who has proven capability of delivering complex changes across multi-functional business areas that may include but are not restricted to Customer, Product, Process, Organisational, Location, Data, Applications and Technology.

You will be able to show previous experience of managing complex change and transition activities within a large organization, with the ability to understand Change management principles and be confident of managing multiple stakeholders to senior to board level.

Key skills and experience required Stakeholder Management and Strong Interpersonal Skills

Experience of strategic change planning and monitoring

Experience of working within a complex business environment

Commercial Awareness and Financial Control skills

Experience of managing projects through complete lifecycle

An understanding of the importance of risk and issues management and a knowledge of the techniques to manage them

Experienced in influencing management and managing virtual teams

Prince 2 experience would be beneficial.
