Project Coordinator position summary:

•Assist the Project Managers in all assigned activities: process design, detail design, procurement, cost engineering, planning, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning

•Provide reporting of all financial tracking and cost performance

•Assist with review of change orders and amendments for budgeting, cost coding, etc.

•Perform data entry to operating system

•Assist with the review, analysis and oversight of monthly cost reports and monthly progress reports

•Review invoices for compliance and proper coding

•Other job-related duties or projects as assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications:

•3-5 years minimum recent professional experience in a construction management, business

management or customer based environment

•BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.

•MS Office (Word/Excel) proficiency

•Experience with Proliance or similar systems preferred
