The Firm seeks a dynamic and self-motivated attorney with strong litigation experience to join our legal team. Reasonable billable hour requirement.

Qualifications:

Five-ten years of litigation experience, including law and motion work, and experience taking and defending depositions; Trial / administrative hearings / arbitration experience a plus;

Have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with good academic credentials;

Admitted by the California State Bar;

Have strong analytical and excellent legal research and writing skills;

Possess strong communication skills;

Have excellent time management abilities; and

candidates will also have experience representing municipal clients in litigation matters.
