• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (3 years)• Experience working in the HR Domain, with Knowledge of multiple functional areas (3 years)• Understanding of data modeling techniques and experience working with relational database concepts and data (3 years)• Experience documenting processes around data collection and reporting • Experience developing HR Data Metrics (3 years)• Working Knowledge of SAP Business Objects• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for developing dashboards
