A leading multinational internet service provider offers network solutions is currently looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager in Hong Kong.Responsibilities:HR general operation and support, talent acquisition, on/off boarding, employee performance review and management, define and redesign HR workflow and organize staff related activities.Review and redefine HR process, policy & procedure with the Head of HR.Work with business managers to support their needs from planning to hiringPerform all round of talent acquisition activities. Work on contiguous improvement HR projects meeting the grow of the company in this region.Lead and coach other HR staff as required providing best in class HR services to the businessProduce management reports and analysis by using HRIS and other IT systemsRequirements:Degree holder in Human Resource or any related discipline with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience working in MNCs in the past. A good global team player as well as a good leader with at least 2 years experience as a people manager. High flexibility, detail oriented, customer focused, and multitasking person.Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and using MS Office applications, knowledge in HRIS is a plus.Interested parties please send your full resume in WORD format with your current and expected salary including the Ref: HKR20131216101 in the subject to .
