Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:Strategic innovation: You will be responsible for the new and further development of our production technologies and process engineering, making a significant contribution to the innovative strength of our company.Optimization and testing: You will optimize and test methods, techniques, materials and tools for the production of seals made of elastomers, PTFE and other materials in order to ensure the highest quality standards.Process engineering planning: You will plan and implement new production systems and optimize existing systems to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with product development to develop new manufacturing concepts and technologies and continuously improve existing process technologies.Requirements management: You create production and process engineering requirements profiles for production systems and machines as well as analyses and profitability studies in order to make well-founded decisions and strengthen our competitiveness.Implementation and transfer: You will implement new machines and systems and successfully introduce them into production. You will also transfer new articles and manufacturing and testing processes from the prototype or test stage to series production.Qualifications:Education: Successfully completed technical studies, preferably in the fields of mechanical engineering, plastics technology or materials technology.Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the field of sealing technology or PTFE or rubber processing industry.Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English will enable you to communicate smoothly in an international environment. Skills required to be successful on the job:Independence and strategic thinking: you will work independently and strategically to successfully tackle complex challenges and achieve long-term goals.Analytical skills: You have analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers to analyze data and make informed decisions.Empathy and strong communication skills: You are able to communicate with both production employees and decision-makers at a high management level in an appropriate manner and have a confident manner at various levels.
