Supporting a security-focused Infrastructure environment, you'll technically lead a small team

Within this team, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations, whilst pushing forwards a small team of established Infrastructure Engineers. As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will coach and mentor existing team members, promote improved ways of working and keep customers at the heart of your decision-making and remaining in a technical hands-on environment.

• Location: Gloucestershire - hybrid working
• Salary: up to £80,000, dependent on experience
• Working hours: Monday - Friday

You will be joining a close-knit team of highly skilled technical professionals and report directly into the company Director. The team values effective communication and camaraderie, creating a supportive atmosphere that ensures you will always have the support you need to excel in your work.

Desirable skills

• Experience in an Infrastructure environment working across a range of on-premise and Cloud based environments (Azure and AWS)
• Infrastructure design experience, working closely with architects to forecast any potential issues and create a healthy environment
• Microsoft tech stack, anti-virus, backups, patching
• Budget responsibility
• Experience working with cyber security technologies, ensuring system security is maintained
• Experienced in data security, operating within a ISO accredited environment
• Project management experience, taking full end-to-end ownership of Infrastructure projects
