International Investment Project Director (solar PV)

Our client- a big PV EPC company is looking for an Investment Director who'll take care of their PV project portfolio and will mange their team of Project and Construction Managers and Engineers. Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of Investment Portfolios: Ensuring comprehensive implementation of projects for the construction of large-scale photovoltaic farms, supporting the Management Board (CEO, CCO) and CTO in their activities. 2. Team Management: Supervision of Project Managers, Construction Managers and Construction Engineers. 3. Supervision of Project Implementation: Ensuring timely implementation, in line with the budget and quality standards. 5. Process Optimization Strategies: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize processes and increase operational efficiency. 6. Relationships with Customers and Partners: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders. 7. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocating resources to meet project requirements and maximize their utilization. 8. Budget and Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources, monitor expenses and promote cost-saving practices. Requirements: • Experience in the renewable energy industry, especially PV and wind farms. • Very good knowledge of administrative and construction processes. • Experience in team management. • Readiness for task-oriented work and frequent business trips throughout the country. • Excellent communication skills, including teleconferencing and video conferencing.
