Electrical Engineer (A number of Openings) Job DescriptionDesign and execution of projects in Israel and abroadResponsibilities include: professional responsibility for projects – characterization and design, release of specifications, release of purchase orders, inspection and supervision of installationOperation of subcontractors according to the needs of the projectThe position reports to the Manager of the Electricity, Instrumentation and Control DepartmentJob RequirementsHigh Voltage Electrician, registered in the Register of Engineers and Architects. (Minimum requirement Head Electrician) – mandatoryKnowledge in designing industrial systems. Design of electricity panels and MCCs. Definition of motors according to mechanical requirements, thorough knowledge of VFDs, electrical frequencies – mandatoryKnowledge in planning high voltage electric systems. Definition of power transformers according to the requirements and electricity supply needed for the designed plantFamiliarity with the Israeli Electricity Law and its regulationsThorough familiarity with IEC standardsFamiliarity with and understanding of the world of instrumentation and controlAt least 2 years of experience in a design office - Significant advantageProficient in Autocad – mandatoryFamiliarity with large process plants – advantageInterpersonal communication, ability to work in a team, high service orientationCapable of coherent verbal and written expression – mandatoryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAble to work under pressure and according to submission deadlinesCreativity and ability to think "outside of the box"Good self-learning ability
