We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with preparing, coordinating, printing, distributing, tracking, filing and archiving project delivery and construction phase administration files and documents throughout the project life cycle
- Consults with Project Managers to complete all required documentation for the projects.
- Coordinates and sets up meetings and takes meetings minutes and actions
- Provides subcontract management and business development support
- Tracks project related costs and invoices as required by the project
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Help Payroll and Accounting team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ​Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Software especially Word and Excel
- Proficient in AutoCad Must.
