We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with preparing, coordinating, printing, distributing, tracking, filing and archiving project delivery and construction phase administration files and documents throughout the project life cycle
  • Consults with Project Managers to complete all required documentation for the projects.
  • Coordinates and sets up meetings and takes meetings minutes and actions
  • Provides subcontract management and business development support
  • Tracks project related costs and invoices as required by the project
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Help Payroll and Accounting team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Software especially Word and Excel
  • Proficient in AutoCad Must.
