You can problem solve by instinct as well as by reviewing data and will drive your team to the next level of performance by being on the floor where the manufacturing magic happens.

What you will be working on :

Plan production operations by deftly defining workflow white establishing priorities and production sequences in order to meet project and interdepartmental requirement's.

Meeting project targets for direct labor hours, schedule, and quality

Expertly meeting department budgets objectives and business plans

Ensure development and documentation of best practice work standards and ensure all team members are properly trained for their assigned tasks

Develop and implement measures to improve production efficiency, equipment performance, and product quality

Partner with other ATMs to align and assure a smooth hand-over of work and products

Align collaboratively with other department managers and supporting functions (HR, EH&S, IE, Engineering, Supply-Chain, Quality, Maintenance etc.) to insure coordinated support of all production needs..

What you will need to be successful

3 years experience in OEM capital equipment assembly operations, in a schedule driven, high mix/low volume, engineer-to-order, project environment.

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
