Innogy Business Services are recruiting an experienced Service Performance Manager on a contract day rate basis. The role will be based in our Swindon office, with occasional travel to Worcester.

Role description

As the Service Performance Manager, you will manage Network Service Provider capacity responses to demand forecasts, including addressing any financial implications of variations from forecast commitments with the business through the Business Partners. As part of this role you will be responsible for migrating Network assets into a central CMDB tool set. As well as reviewing 3rd party contracts to ensure that services are supported by an underpinning contract agreement.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all Network Security systems are maintained through 3rd parties and working with Solution Architects to identify/design future requirements and to provide Lifecycle management input, advice and guidance.

Skills and experience

The successful candidate must be/have the following:

Knowledge of customers business environment, service requirements, culture, business, processes and objectives and how IT contributes to deliver these.

Appreciation of the benefits of Service Management disciplines and processes based on the ITIL model with extensive experience in an ITIL environment.

Awareness of multi-sourced IT services in terms of Service and Operating Level Agreements, and Underpinning Contracts.

Awareness of statistical and analytical principles and processes.

Service Now toolset experience is desired

Experience and a track record of managing the performance of Network suppliers in a multi-vendor outsourced delivery model.
