The HR Business Partner - Aero Services will serve as the HRBP and ERM coach for Aero Services within the Global Repair Solutions Network and will serve as player/coach in support of Aero Services hourly team by being the lead HR resources to all employees based at the Jacintoport facility that support that team.

Essential Responsibilities

Key focus areas include organization design and effectiveness, work streams and operating rhythms definition, and roles / responsibilities establishment across the Aero Services team.
∞ Responsible for strategic HR direction including hourly labor and employee relations, network and capacity planning, and cross-functional talent sharing
∞ Facilitate communications to ensure understanding and connection to business strategy and objectives
∞ Strategically partner with business leaders to design and implement the effective organization structures. Help drive definition of operating mechanisms and ensure open lines of communication among organizations to maximize effectiveness
∞ Partner with Aero Services Leader to develop and embed a contemporary organizational culture, leverage change acceleration techniques to assist in driving broad change
∞ Serve as an organizational coach who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance
∞ Provide strategic coaching to employees as related to succession planning, career path development, and performance management
∞ Lead talent assessment across organizations, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to recognize and develop key talent, create strong talent pipeline and select the best candidates for open positions
∞ Drive strategies for identification, development and engagement of high performing diverse talent to enhance organization effectiveness
∞ Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
∞ Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and contemporary work environment. Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment
∞ Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues


∞ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
∞ Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in a variety of Human Resource positions with increasing scope

∞ Professional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
