Position Description
Saudi Arabia's national oil company, Saudi Aramco, is a fully integrated petroleum company with operations in exploration and production, refining, petrochemicals manufacturing, marketing and shipping. The company is currently embarked in an ambitious program to explore, develop, and produce from the Unconventional Resources fields. The anticipated expansion will facilitate the development of unconventional resources industries that capture higher value for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As a recognized expert in the field of Project Engineering, you will be responsible to supervise all phases of design, material procurement and construction for Unconventional Resources Surface Facilities Projects (gas wellheads piping and skids, gathering and processing facilities, scraper receiver & launchers, metering stations, main control building, communication network and shelters) additionally you will support Management to determine project responsibilities, assign and supervise personnel to maintain project schedule, document control, project reports, progress, and cost and administering EPC contracts.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor Engineering. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or registration is highly desirable. Masters or post graduate qualifications preferred.

Extensive professional Oil and Gas industry experience, including ten years of proven working experience as a project engineer.

Familiarity with International rules, regulations and best practices.

Excellent command of oral and written English.

Advanced MS Office skills.

Project management and supervision skills.

Decision making ability and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and supervise the work of engineers and other project personnel to monitor the execution of design, procurement and construction of Unconventional Resources Surface Facilities Projects.

Review engineering deliverables and liaise with UR Engineering and Operations Department.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Determines project responsibilities and assign the required personnel.

Mentor project team and develop and support Saudization.

Review MR's, TBE, and award recommendations from Contractor.

Lead the team in the preparation of project schedule, project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending corrective actions as required.

Manage change and associated documentation to controls project costs.

Ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications.

Interact with the Contractors and external parties.

Support the Project Manager to maintain control of the budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance, and provide regular reports on project status.

Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

The size of the assigned projects will vary from USD $ 100 million to USD $1 Billion Dollars.
