Job Description
  • Implement lubricants digital strategy in China for both TOTAL and ELF brands according to MS Digital strategy, MSAP and TCMB guidelines
  • Create synergy for online branding build-up in alignment with global Internet team and regional sales and marketing team
  • Develop, manage and regularly update/upgrade Total Lubricant China's digital communications including internet sites, Intranet and social media platforms (Wechat and Weibo)
  • Execute online advertising & editorial campaigns in close cooperation global and regional Communication, Digital teams as well as external agencies
  • Implement online communications project, content and community(BBS)
  • Benchmark global digital success and implement key projects validated by management
  • Execute Chinese search engine/banner marketing and Search Engine optimization by aligning with TOTAL and ELF brands strategy
  • Develop and effectively implement company innovation programs
  • Promote innovation culture and improve staff awareness at TLC and meet innovation objectives set by TCI and MSAP
  • As a back up to Communication& Brand Management Executive

Profile sought
  • Bachelor or above degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience ,especially in brand image field;
  • Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking;
  • Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, well skilled in Office PC software and tools.
