Basic Function:
The TRS Service Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role driving the business unit's effective implementation and adherence to Company's Operational Excellence and Performance System. The role is responsible for ensuring 'best in class' operational performance, productivity and efficiency. Working closely with the global, regional and country Product Line team, the position will ensure that TRS operations are fully compliant with department policies and Global Technical Work Instructions. Concentrating primarily on maintenance and pre-job servicing of rental assets and equipment,  TRS Service Quality Coordinator will ensure all practices are fully in accordance with customer and contractual requirements prior to delivery of equipment to the work location. Tasks will also include auditing operations, training of personnel, review of field operations and job reporting, active participation in all incident investigations and corrective actions with the aim of eliminating internal and client Non Productive Time events. The role will report directly to the Country TRS Product Line Manager and functionally to the TRS Operations Manager. Human Resources Management
  • Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the TRS BU in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop staff.
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity throughout the TRS BU that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
  • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
\Financial Management
  • Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies, procedures and goals.
Operational Management
  • Ensure service delivery is in compliance with existing contractual obligations and Weatherford's procedures and policies.
  • Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfil organizational and TRS BU goals efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and output.
  • Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operations of the department (both in-house and field operations) that will ensure compliance with organizational requirements as well as contractual obligations.
  • Ensure third party contractor personnel and equipment is at an acceptable standard.
  • Review performance data to monitor and measure departmental service delivery effectiveness. Take action to address any potential performance issues.
  • Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to measure and drive continual improvement in the TRS BU. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track performance and non-conformances.
  • Provides technical support for both Weatherford TRS Operation teams and Customers - act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Oversee TRS training and competence strategy consistent with Company's Global and Regional processes and goals.
Additional Local Duties
  • Work closely with Machine Shop and OEMs to ensure all equipment are compliant.
  • Build and maintain bridging documents between customer and Weatherford.
  • Work with customers' quality teams to ensure all NCRs are closed
Required Skills:
  • English Language: Has fully operational command of the spoken and written language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. Misunderstandings may occur in unfamiliar situations. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and operational understanding of TRS Field Services and Equipment Maintenance procedures.
  • Possess strong customer service skills, i.e. listening, follow-through, willingness to help
  • Good interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
  • Proven track record in an operational leadership role.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of QHSE Management systems.
  • Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Ability to adapt positively to changes in policies, procedures, priorities or work environments
  • Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Basic working knowledge surrounding occupational health and safety and corporate regulatory compliance.
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Internationally recognized Degree Qualification in Mechanical, Electronic, Petroleum engineering or relevant discipline
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within oilfield operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years with supervisory/management responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years related working experience in Tubular Running Services
