  • Planning for all vessels for projects and initiate the RFQs/vessel booking, control of the documents (BL, BN, demurrages/detentions etc)
  • Recommend and operate optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency
  • Manage and organize the deliveries between the carrier and the site, daily coordination of the pick-ups between the carriers and the ports
  • Coordination of the vessel loadings & off-loadings with the POE; POI, handling instructions
  • Operate Shipping documentation to facilitate fright movement
  • Claim management responsibility such as service provider notifications, facilitate NC workflows
  • Maintain cost metrics, tracking reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records
  • Manage EHS process and documentation for each project for crane and logistics activities
  • Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, claim management, EAC costing, PO requests and creation or logistics quality management
  • Operate project plans/schedules/costs in NPI, ITO and OTR
  • Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery
  • Manage product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to operate a demand driven logistics strategy such as: PM, Project Controls, Sourcing, GSCM, Finance
  • Reexamine current practices in light of changing business environment new vendors and requirements
  • Identify and implement saving opportunities


    • Bachelor's professional degree in logistics, business or a related area; or equivalent related experience
    • Experience with export and/or import regulatory compliance
    • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) information systems, preferably SAP
    • Experience with international business transactions and shipping documents
    • Experience in operating international transports and crane services
    • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and through global, cross-functional teams including customer, suppliers, and service providers
    • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize diverse tasks with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines
