As Senior HR Services Specialist for Talent Acquisition, your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure the quality and smooth progress of the Talent Acquisition processes, by performing both standard and more complex tasks related to talent acquisition e.g. raising job requisitions, screening candidates, generating offer letters and employment contracts, managing purchase orders and invoices, supporting early talent programs, and monitoring the progress of the process;
- Provide resolutions to complex queries
- Support and advise other Talent Acquisition team members in solving issues
- Input data and maintain good data quality in the Talent Acquisition related systems
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reports related to Talent Acquisition processes
-Deliver best in class Talent Acquisition Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders and execute Talent Acquisition Services according to the defined Service Level Agreements. Guide and support other team members in meeting these SLAs;
- Communicate and consult with internal customers regarding Talent Acquisition policies and standards to ensure understanding and compliance;
- Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification to existing processes and procedures based on experience and feedback from customers;
- Supports GBS HR Team Leader / GBS Deputy HR Team Leader in daily operational and management tasks;
-Takes part in Knowledge Capture phase and plays an important role during Knowledge Transfer by supporting the GBS HR Team Lead in driving process trainings / operational readiness activities.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2-5 years' experience in an HR function preferably in Talent Acquisition;
- At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition;
- Completed degree in higher education (BA);
- Proficient in business English and German;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Proactive way of working with a strong "can do" attitude;
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills;
- Good organization and coordination skills;
- Attention to details;
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability;
- Stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work in teams

In addition, the following would be preferable:
- Previous experience in HR Shared Services for a global company;
- Masters or postgraduate studies in HR;
- Exposure to SAP tools
