Mid Level Identity Intelligence Analyst Job Description:

This is a shift work position and will require night, and weekend work to include some holidays.

Tasks of the Mid Level Identity Intelligence Analyst require proficiency in collecting, reviewing, analyzing and disseminating i2 products. Mid Level Identity Intelligence Analyst will demonstrate i2 mastery with a focus on Biometrics Enabled Intelligence (BEI). Will provide expert knowledge of Special Operations Forces Exploitation architecture (SOFEX), SOF i2 case management (analysis of DOMEX, CELLEX collections), SOF products disseminated to Global SOF forces, Biometrics Identity Intelligence Resource (Bi2R), Biometrics Identification Analysis Report (BIAR) and Biometrics Enabled Watch List (BEWL).
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of all source intelligence analysis experience with military applications and a thorough knowledge of SOF i2 operations, intelligence, and interagency processes and procedures or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a proficiency in collecting, reviewing, analyzing, exploiting, fusing, authoring, and disseminating digital multimedia and hardcopy products.

Must possess a mastery level ability to perform data mining, exploitation, collection, analysis, production, and dissemination activities using a variety of computer hardware and software applications.

Work Hours: 12 hour shifts to include weekends and holidays.

Must possess TS/SCI security clearance.

Essential Functions:

Physical Requirements:

Sitting at desk. Phone use and PC or laptop. Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Extended periods of sitting while on PC/laptop or phone.

Work Environment:

Work will be performed in a cubical environment inside a large facility. Some travel may be required depending requests by the customer.

Equipment and Machines:

General office equipment, which includes: telephone, fax machine, copier, PC/laptop, and other miscellaneous office equipment.


Work assignments dependent on requirements by the client. This position is a shift work position. It is important to be able to work 12 hours shifts, days or nights.

Other Essential Functions:

Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Grooming and dress usually business casual, but dependent on client's standards. Must not pose a safety hazard to employees working in the same general area.
