The Customer Account Manager (CAM) directly impacts the company's goal of maximizing profitability by managing customer relationships to maximize orders entered and ensure customer satisfaction.

•Define 5 year business goals and objectives in support of midterm plan
•Perform offer cost benefit analysis/risk summary and make bid/no bid decision
•Support proposal development, receive RFQ and submit and negotiate offer
•Finalize the offer customizing to customer needs
•Promotion and sales activities, leading to deal closures
•Create and implement capture plans for key opportunities
•Opportunity tracking and forecasting
•Observes formal internal project reviews to provide customer feedback and influence delivery priorities
•Formally track customer commercial communications, information transmittals, records retention, export control and intellectual property compliance
•Dispute/claims resolution with customer, added scope, change notice, Up-selling, managing customer expectation or request that result in increase W cost
•Develop and foster customer relationships and expand customer relationships to include key product personnel
•Construct market plan, customer account plan
•Communicate product/service value proposition to the customer
•Works with the VP/MD/Key Account Executive to provide dedicated interface to a customer or set of customers from opportunity through project closeout
•Identifying business growth opportunities and facilitate their development
•Represents W for project related delivery and should be seen by the customer empowered to ensure successful project delivery
•Capturing the voice of the customer, understanding business and strategic objectives and communicates market and product intelligence and customer
•Close collaboration with Market Application to link customer opportunities with integrated portfolio of products (services, automation and fuel) to operating plant customers
•Account-wide perspective to ensure that contractual commitments are fulfilled and that projects are implemented satisfactorily
•Maintaining regular communication with customer to assess health of integrated project delivery and collect targeted feedback
•Lead, direct, and control all business development activities to meet the organisation's short and long-term business objectives.
•Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement a business development strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
•Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities, for example sales, projects, consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, mergers, or acquisitions that will contribute to the organization's short and long-term business goals.
•Evaluate the findings of market research or analysis projects, assess the viability of alternative opportunities, and present recommendations to top executives or the Board.
•Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, customers, partners, key decision-makers, and industry leaders (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organization's products and services.
•Lead the most important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organization's business interests.
•Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers and professionals to achieve established sales and business development goals.
Job Requirements
Required Skills

•Good Communication skills in both English and Chinese

•Knowledge and understanding on the nuclear market and customers

•Technical knowledge in nuclear plant, nuclear fuel, nuclear automation and services

•Commercial knowledge and negotiation skills

•Self-motivated personality, problem solving and good interaction skill

Experience Requirements:

•With at least 15 years experience in nuclear power industry

Education Requirements:

•Bachelor or above Degree in related industry
