Reporting directly to the Director EMEA Engineering Products and based in France, you will be providing overall product strategy and profitability, sourcing innovative and competitive engineering solutions and services and positioning them effectively in the marketplace. Responsible of the strategic product planning development, you interact with the regional marketing organizations to recognize customer needs out of the market plans. You in-cooperate industry trends and develop out of this product plans. This will require intensive interaction with regional customer account teams, market application teams, engineering center of excellence organizations and supply-chain but also with Operations/Resource Managers to incorporate lessons learned and improvements out of projects into products and services. In addition the product manager actively interacts with his Westinghouse peers to support the global standardization strategy and makes benefit of international experience.

Establishing overall product revenue and profitability objectives, you monitor their achievement in conjunction with marketing, sales and Customer Account Teams. Actively searching for strategic partnering, standardization and cost improvement opportunities you participate in increasing differentiation, profitability, competitiveness and market share.

You estimate the resource demand needs in terms of required skills, quantities and schedule for upcoming opportunities and offerings to enable engineering organizations to timely provide required resources.

Developing and implementing product plans, you have the full profit center responsibility. You communicate on new technologies and products inside the organization; develop product strategies for PWR markets in EMEA with focus on France. You support the identification of key customer bids and marketing organizations in the bidding process. Developing investment and capital plan, you also create and implement strategies for new products, optimize existing products and services. Developing and evaluating ideas for innovation programs, you drive innovative products from idea to market realization. Finally, your goal is to ensure product viability during lifecycle.

Facts & figures driven, you are results oriented and focus on sales volume, direct gross margin, one and three year. You ensure yearly order volume increase within the EMEA PWR engineering product market, monitor new products brought to the market.

Job Requirements
Experienced Bachelor degree graduate in materials testing/analysis related field, with more than 10 years in industry in combination of Marketing/Sales, Projects, Strategic Programs or Engineering, you developed and proved your leadership skills through experience. You possess a general knowledge of EDF nuclear utility industry and regulatory environment and have a comprehensive knowledge of organization, budgeting, operations and maintenance processes of EDF power plants.

Experienced Leader used to manage financing, risk analysis, planning techniques, business management principles and practices, you have a general knowledge of PWR reactor design and operation. Knowledge of Westinghouse and competitor products would be an asset as well as experience with international nuclear environment.

English fluency as well as French language are mandatory for interaction with internal/external customers. International mobility is required for training as well as for business purpose within Europe & USA.
