The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements in a state of the art industrial machining facility. The ME will leverage an engineering background to own key processes to support the production and quality requirements in the world's most advanced Gas Turbine manufacturing plant. This role will equip you with key hands-on technical skills that will prepare you for a range of fantastic growth opportunities within the company.

Essential Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:
• Provide direct technical support to the production team for a range of processes, fabrication, and equipment
• Be responsible for developing processes to improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Develop and implement process improvements and techniques / equipment to reduce costs and cycles
• Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management and budget control
• Provide technical support to shop and aid in improving the coordination and collaboration between departments and teams
• Specify and procure new equipment, tooling, and technology needed to meet production and quality requirements
• Resolve shop issues involving equipment, machinery and tooling and lead solution implementation
• Drive continuous improvement and change across three (3) shifts
• Liaise with engineering and new products teams to qualify new products and design changes to existing products


• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of manufacturing experience)
