LAST YEAR'S 'ENERGY TRANSITION 2021 OUTLOOK STUDY'

Last years study was published during COVID restrictions, and before the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Our 2021 results showed that many candidates felt positive about the energy transition and the exciting projects it offers. Alignment with their personal values was a key driver for many and organisations should bear this in mind when they are considering their recruitment strategies of the future.
