Maintenance Datacom Technical Engineer

Responsible for customer network upgrade, network adjustment, technical support and problem handling. Handle customer network risks and ensure the smooth running of the customer's network security. Customer technical communication, training, and key event assurance Requirements Have general knowledge about datacom networks, routers, switches, and other network devices. Have general knowledge of datacom network protocols, such as TCP/IP, VLAN, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS L2VPN, MPLS L3VPN, and EVPN. If there are HCNA/HCNP/CCNA/CCNP, the one is preferred. Understand network operations, including software upgrade, network adjustment, hardware replacement, and basic troubleshooting. Be able to accept network operations at night and on holidays and handle problems. Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard, have the spirit of teamwork.
