Job Descriptions: Conduct process capability study to meet pre-determined yield target and production outputImplement an effective action(s) to meet projected yield target.Develop and utilize statistical methods to realize product yieldIdentify the needs for statistical technique required for establishing, controlling and verifying process capability and product characteristic.Liaise with customer on engineering and quality mattersEnsure customer’s special characteristic requirement are compliedSupervise and lead a team of process technicians.Assist and coordinate project transfer / production qualification to ensure flawless transfer and new production start up on time basisCoordinate with equipment engineer on root cause finding and recommend effective solution to corrective / prevent action reportHave knowledge and hands on machine example Kaijo and ASM 829, Dispensing and Encapsulation or Asymtek, Disco, Dicing, Backgrinding, Sawing, Laser SawingKnowledgeable in Plating process and able to solve plating defects.Familiar with Plating equipment problem troubleshooting.Knowledgeable in chemical titration.Liaise with customer on the process improvement, Plating issue and visit.Ensuring equipment PM and calibration procedure are maintained and implemented.To ensure critical spares inventory is well maintainedTo train subordinate on equipment set up, conversion and troubleshootingAble to liaise with 3rd party audit.Highlight to superior on any activities in the company that may be contrary to the environmental and Safety policy To lead a group of Engineers / Technicians to meet set yield target, new product qualification, set up of new product line, enhance manufacturing technology, quality & productivity improvement. Carry out actions and continuous improvement in productivity, yield and Quality Management System Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel, With DA (Die-Attach), WB (Wire Bond), FOL and EOL, Plating, Sawing, NPI, TestingAt least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.Competent and knowledge in problem solving & statistical tools, eg, 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, DOE, MSA etc.Good analytical skill, strong leadership and motivated person.Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.Full-Time position(s) available.
