Join us as graduate in Project Quality, where we define and implement the quality management system in our construction projects, set quality objectives and define the quality assurance activities. Our success criteria is project hand-over to our Operations department at the defined and agreed quality level. You will join a support function to project management, involved at both overall project level and at sub-project level during the development and construction phases of our projects. 
In Wind Power, we build, develop and operate offshore wind farms to produce clean, reliable energy. We do so without compromising on the safety of our employees or the environment. We have built more than one quarter of the world's total offshore wind capacity, and we will be able to supply clean power to 16 million Europeans by 2020. 
You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. During the graduate programme rotation, however, you will be based at different locations in Northern Europe, where you will be working on different projects. Each rotation will introduce you to a different location and scope of work. 
The graduate programme
As a graduate, you will be part of a structured two-year training programme that will make a difference in your future career. Moreover, you will acquire extensive practical experience and business insight, while expanding your toolbox and accelerating your personal development. 
During the graduate programme, you will be assigned to a business unit or a staff function in our international company. You will have the opportunity to rotate within different departments in the business and have different tasks and responsibilities during your rotations. Moreover, you will have the chance to utilise your professional competences on specific tasks and at the same time build up a wide network across the organisation. You will also learn about our business and strategy, while strengthening your problem-solving and team-working skills, your personal competences and your ability to handle changes. 
Your key tasks will be to 
  • manage, plan and coordinate quality activities during the project execution phase 
  • be a part of the construction management team on site 
  • participate in development of department processes and procedures 
  • analyse quality issues during the operational phase and propose improvements to quality assurance activities 
  • be an ambassador and role model for quality disciplines and procedures. 
Your qualifications and core competences include that you 
  • have graduated from a relevant technical education, ideally with a degree in civil engineering with focus on quality management disciplines, within the past year and have delivered excellent results 
  • have a proactive and process-oriented approach 
  • master stakeholder management and handling of many interfaces and interests 
  • thrive on improving and excel in a constantly changing international environment. 
In addition, you will have less than 12 months of relevant working experience.
