Position Summary
Compile and develop customer electric load data and sample statistics into meaningful reports for various internal and external clients. Ensure that standard statistical reports are complete each month for all assigned electric load samples. Assist Quantitative Analysts and Senior Analysts by designing spreadsheets, databases, procuring customer data, and producing necessary analytical reports. Candidate will also learn electric industry specific software such as Lodestar.

Minimum Requirements
  •  Current student: Sophomore status by the end of the Spring semester. Please, no recent graduates.
  •  Pursuing a technical major such as economics, statistics, math, business or computer science.
  • Must possess basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).
  • Good organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  •  Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • MS Access experience
  • Prior experience or interest with learning and using SAS data management and statistical software
  • Preference will be given to students at colleges and universities within a reasonable distance of downtown Denver.
