EEDP is a two-year entry level program consisting of four rotational assignments. Rotational assignments are engineering projects driven by real GE business priorities. These assignments may include experience in∶ systems, analysis, design quality, reliability, integration, and testing.

EEDP is an intensive program for people, who have a passion for technology, a drive for technical excellence, and share in GE's core values. The program is designed to accelerate participants' professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments. Edison graduates have the technical and business foundation to proactively and continuity make innovative contributions to GE's future. The program cultivates technical problem-solving skills via advanced engineering courses, formal reports, and presentations to senior readership addition to valuable work experience.
EEDP at Renewables will experience technical channeling rotations that are driven by innovation. Edison Engineers are currently working to develop expertise in the renewables industry.

EEDP assignments are key to GE' s Ecomagination initiative. The core engineering skill is gained in assignments are enhanced through advanced courses in engineering, Corporate courses are also provided. Experience and training combined with mentoring and guidance from assignment managers, DDEPs will gain technical skill and values needed to achieve a successful career in technology.


Bachelor or Master degree major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Aerodynamic Engineering with less than 2years technical work experience.
Good communication skill in English & Chinese.
Strong commitment to a career in technology and a passion for engineering.
