Jan Hughes is a highly experienced Executive Search Professional with over 25 years of invaluable recruitment experience, coveing the whole of the UK.
She has successfully worked with, and recruited for Executive and Senior Management roles for companies and organisations.
Jan has a corporate background having spent the early part of her career working as a Senior Manager and Regional Director for a multi-national recruitment company. She was then a Founding Partner of a specialist Accountancy and Finance recruitment consultancy for 13 years, working across the West Midlands, the Marches and South Wales.
As a specialist in Executive Search, Jan has conducted multiple retained search assignments for leadership roles where succession and / or business turnaround has been the core brief, with a focus on SME’s and / or specialist divisions of venture backed businesses, where she works closely with the owners and the leadership team. Jan has also taken on operational and specialist 'needle in a haystack' assignments, where retained search has proven to be the most robust recruitment method, combining her unique skill set, experience and diligence to source and identify the very best candidate, where fit is crucial.
Jan is also a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation and is a voluntary Non-Executive Director for Wales Rugby League.
