The Planning Team is a back office support function within a service centre environment, who co-ordinate and manage the full scheduling and diary process for our teams of field based Installation engineers. They ensure that field productivity is maximised and a superior customer service is delivered.

What will I be doing? You will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of work and resources for the field teams, managing the engineers diaries and exceptions to ensure that field productivity is maximised using our Click and SAP IT systems. Liaising with your Planning Advisors and internal colleagues, youll take ownership to ensure that all enquiries received are processed and completed. There will also be a requirement for you to be involved in daily reporting on KPIs and team performance for the management team.

What are we looking for? We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who thrive on providing a first class service. Having a clear and logical approach, and an ability to problem solve and think on your feet, you will have to make quick decisions in a fast moving environment and must thrive on meeting targets. A good geographical knowledge of the UK with an understanding of commutable distances between cities and towns.

What Skills & Experience do I need? Excellent Customer Service ethic

Here at the Leeds office the on site facilities include free car parking and canteen, you will work 37 hours a week, with rotating shifts based around the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and Saturday 8am to 1pm.
