The Operational Assurance & Technical Support team operates at the heart of the npower Metering business. Our job is to identify, prepare and inform npowers operational metering teams of the tactical and regulatory decisions and monitoring that need to be embedded in order to sustain a high performing metering division.

As part of our team you will be responsible for coordinating the experience of every one of our new field installations operatives, ensuring that their journey is first class; generating high retention, high performing installation teams. Were looking for someone who is not afraid to take ownership, give direction and work hard and who is capable of developing relationships through networking. In return, you will gain exposure across the metering business, allowing you to really make an impression with senior stakeholders and develop a strong professional profile. This role is about setting the standard and generating lasting first impressions.

This challenging role is at the heart of the action in our national Smart deployment programme ensuring that the installations teams are equipped with the skills and resources required to achieve market leading customer service standards and installation productivity rates.

Our team operates within a dynamic and fast paced environment; to thrive in this role youll need to be friendly, approachable, highly organised and structured. You will have knowledge of project planning processes and software such as MS Project OR MS Excel. Onboarding or recruitment experience from an employee journey perspective would be advantageous, however having a proven record in delivery is vital to succeed in this role. You will be used to working with senior stakeholders and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
