This position will involve conducting audits and reviews of our processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our payrolls.

As the Payroll Analyst (Audit), you will have the chance to create a detailed executive review, identifying variances and reconciling against supporting documents. Provide summary reporting to management on changes review and audit TDA activity, to include: TDA gross ups, TDA inquires, TDA cases. Review Relocation files in Oracle, coordinate all activity with Third Party vendor to include Year End auditing and reconciliations. A liaise with Executive Compensation and Employee Ownership teams to ensure understanding and compliance of the end-to-end processes. Calculate Gross Ups, audit transactions in Oracle. During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to perform specific audits and review prior to finalizing payroll to ensure integrity and accuracy of the payroll, balance and reconcile payrolls through controls totals and checklist with each payroll processing, knowledge of end to end transactions, including highly technical and complex payrolls. Research and find create and modify Oracle reports to support the needs of the departments and customers. Compile date for monthly and quarterly metrics reporting. Provide quarter and year end support in the form of research and review of such things as wage & tax adjustments, out of the balance reports, un-reconciled accounts. As well as research W-2 issues and W-2c audits prior to processing. If you’re up for the challenge, we’ve been looking for someone just like you. Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years payroll, auditing, tax or accounting experience
• 4+ years of multi-state payroll experience, with companies having 5,000+ employees
• 2+ years audit or accounting experience within a payroll or accounting function, including demonstrated use of critical thinking, problem solving and analytics
• Intermediate to Advanced software skill and experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivots, lookups, filtering and sorting
• Basic proficiency and experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Visio

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years In-house payroll experience utilizing a major ERP system, (i.e Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)
• CPP preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Access
