Mission

Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities in order to improve the efficiency and maximize the profitability of Gamesa.

Main Functions

Perform and control the consolidation process, analyzing and investigating annual and monthly financial accounts.
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Document financial transactions by entering account information.
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Work on compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Understand all General Ledger accounts and ensures that all appropriate reconciliations and related analysis are completed on a monthly and annual basis.
Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to Gamesa's reporting and procedural standards.
Ensure all vendor, supplier and contractor invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner. Check all payment.

Make sure on time closing and other management reporting. Maintains vendor master files in the filing system and SAP.
Analyze Gamesa's business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Compile financial packages that summarize/forecast company's business activities and financial positions in the area of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
Generate auditing reports and tables for external auditors.
Help cash flow forecast both foreign and local currency from payable point of view.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

4-5 years of University Studies in Finance, Economics and Management
