As Employee Human Resources Manager you are the first point of contact for managers and employees. You provide advice, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. This position is critical in executing our site wide initiatives, providing responsive internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Essential Responsibilities

In that role, you:

  • Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple HR Business Partners, managers and employees with specific focus on: employee advocacy and engagement, employee relations management as well as performance development
  • Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics
  • Partner with broader HR team and Talent Development professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees to ensure consistent & compliant application and integration of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
  • Lead key HR processes as well as conduct HR training and support for defined processes
  • Serve as the Employee Resources Team subject matter expert for one or more HR specialty area (like Expats, Immigration, Staffing)
  • Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups


    • Bachelor's / Maters' Degree from an accredited college or university in business law, economics or human resources
    • Previous experience as HR Manager with increasing scope
    • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
    • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
    • Able to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills
    • Creative presentation skills and facilitation experience
    • Versatile organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Skilled communicator in German & English

    According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 2.657,90 gross monthly. Please note that this is the very minimum salary and will most likely be higher. The effective salary is based on the candidate's Qualification and Experience and will be negotiated accordingly.
