We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate product owner with strong technical background to own several high impact functionalities of Power Services Field Force Automation platform. A successful candidate would have excellent combination of understanding enterprise technology architecture, end-user needs and strong project management skills.

Essential Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Product Owner - Field Force Automation, you will:
  • Have end to end ownership of multiple functionalities of Power Services Field Force Automation platform and will work with development teams to establish technical requirements for these functionalities based on the business needs.
  • Own the solution architecture and design pertaining to data flows, system integrations and hardware infrastructure.
  • Be responsible for feature prioritization based on business impact.
  • Work with the development team to groom the product backlog.
  • Manage the DevOps for Field Force Automation platform.
  • Partner and work closely with regions, functions, Field Execution Council, development teams to identify simplification opportunities, and drive the execution of productivity and integration projects.
  • Manage solution, scope, development resources, time, risk, and budget in delivering on-time and high-quality projects.
  • Effectively communicate status / escalations to senior leadership.
  • Manage and adhere to security, controllership, and project management policies and procedure.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing complex software application.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Program Management.

  • Experience with architecting 3-tier software applications.
  • Strong product management experience with understanding of UI/UX
  • Demonstrated acumen and experience with database technologies and service oriented architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leadership to problem solve and influence outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Passionate about new technologies and their ability to drive business value (mobile, wearables, etc.)
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities
  • Create actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Balance multiple and competing priorities and execute accordingly
  • Anticipate obstacles and develops plans to resolve
  • Self-starter; requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
