The Leidos Engineering Solutions Group has a need for a Nuclear Program Analyst to provide direct support to the National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) Office of Defense Programs in the Office of Test and Evaluation. This position performs on-site contractor functions including program management, program planning, program integration and technical support for the NNSA's Stockpile Stewardship Program.

This is a full-time position to provide technical and program management support to the Office of Test and Evaluation within NNSA's Office of Defense Programs. This NNSA office provides management oversight, policy guidance, and coordination for integration of engineering, design, manufacturing, and testing technology to derive critical performance parameters for establishing the basis of annual stockpile assessments.

The Office of Test and Evaluation is focused in four primary program areas: (1) Assessments - providing for an integrated assessment program underpinned by science and technology that sets expectations for future assessments to enfold into the annual assessment; (2) Weapon System Engineering Assessment Technologies - providing a scientific understanding, experimental capability, diagnostic development and data required to develop and validate engineering computational models and advance test and assessment capabilities for normal and abnormal environments; (3) Nuclear Survivability - providing tools and technologies to design and qualify components or subsystems to meet requirements for radiation, space and other hostile environments; and (4) Enhanced Surveillance - developing and maturing predictive aging models, tools and advanced diagnostics and conducting accelerated lifetime assessments. Additionally, support other emerging mission requirement as necessary.

• Use scientific/engineering background to provide detailed and technical analysis of program scope including working with the National Laboratories to develop program plans, project scope, program milestones, messaging to internal and external stakeholders and distill technical topics for all level of management.
• Assist with the development of multi-year program plans and program implementation plans.
• Support annual and mid-year program reviews.
• Support the development of program briefings to external stakeholders such as OMB, GAO and Congressional staffers.
• Assist with the reporting of program-specific Level 2 milestones, including updates to the Milestone Reporting Tool (MRT) and Contractor Performance Evaluation Program (CPEP).
• Consolidate input for the development of M&O contractor performance evaluation plans.
• Provide data analysis to support ongoing reporting and management objectives.
• Other duties as requested by the NNSA customer or by the Leidos project manager.

• Must have an active DOE Q clearance or a DoD Top Secret clearance.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must have an active DOE Q clearance or a DoD Top Secret clearance.

• 8+ years of experience supporting federal government programs.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Physics or other technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining a positive and productive work relationship with federal customers.
• Project, Program or Portfolio Management experience

• Prior program management support experience with the NNSA Nuclear Security Enterprise (e.g., national laboratories, productions plants/sites) is strongly desired.
• Advanced degree from an accredited university in technical discipline or management is desired.
• Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
