Manage Unit Set Fielding and Unit Reset activities at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and at other locations while on temporary duty (TDY) status; communicating the status of those activities to senior Project Manager Stryker Brigade Combat Team (PM SBCT) leadership; managing the shipment and inventory control for associated GFM equipment; and acting as the LNO between operational units and PM SBCT LOG Division.

Develop, maintain, and manage logistics spreadsheets which track location of equipment and material by serial number and unit ID. The equipment and material to be tracked shall include all Government Furnished Material (GFM), Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and Associated Support Items of Equipment (ASIOE).

Coordinating and providing recommendations of actions regarding receiving, storage, inventory levels, facilities, component installation, repair, and shipping of vehicles and material under project/product management IAW Army Regulations and local policies (AR 700-142, DA Pam 700-142, AR 725, AR 710-2-1, and AR 735-5) to ensure the success of the Stryker Unit Set Fielding, Refielding, Reset, and Retrofit Schedules. Coordination activities shall consist of: communication with satellite facilities in order to gain status of inventory levels; and utilizing this information in order to recommend material and asset shipments to and from satellite facilities for the purpose of vehicle readiness.

Perform material control activities consisting of: receive, issue, store, document and account for GFE; GFM; Communication, Computers, Command, Control, Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (C4ISR); Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE); Associated Support Item of Equipment (ASIOE); Basic Issue Items (BII); and Components of End Item (COEI) from various sources consisting of: contractor, other Commodities, DLA, and Unit.

Receive and issue complete turn-in of ASIOE and unit equipment from and to SBCT units, including turn-in of faulty equipment. Act as the Liaison Officer (LNO) between the PMO SBCT LOG Division, the unit, Command and Installation Organizations, Government and State agencies, and other Government contractors. The contractor shall communicate via email and telephone the status of receiving, storage, inventory levels, facilities, component installation, repair, and shipping of vehicles and material.

Track the resolution of Reset issues and actions by attending weekly program meetings pertaining to assigned projects based upon the Reset schedule. The contractor shall electronically (via email) communicate the schedule, part shortages, and current Reset status to the PMO SBCT LOG Division by COB the day of each meeting. Attend the After Action Review (AAR), which takes place post Reset completion, in order to capture lessons learned for future resets.

Interfaces between Jacobs, other contractors, and clients, as required. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum of Bachelors Degree and nine (9) years relevant experience. Demonstrated leadership ability and good communication skills are required.

Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to function under pressure, demonstrated resource management capability, demonstrated technical competence, and thorough knowledge of company policies and practices. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Must possess extensive experience with the Stryker vehicle. Must possess extensive military, and Stryker vehicle experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with the soldiers manning Stryker vehicles as well as senior Brigade leadership. Must be familiar with PM Stryker (PM SBCT) operations especially fielding. Must be willing to travel up to 25%. Must possess demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with others and have demonstrated supervisory skills. Must be familiar with the use and integration of Microsoft Office application suite.
