Role Overview

• Purchasing, receiving, processing, issuing, kitting, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
• Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
• Preparing orders for shipment accurately and timely.
• Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools such as forklifts or dollies.
• Counting stock and maintaining inventory records via SAP transactions.
• Overseeing warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Managing UPS and FedEx shipping processes.
• Handling hazardous material shipping in compliance with regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Experience in warehouse inventory management.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with SAP transactions (optional).
• Electric forklift operation certification (required).

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Electric forklift driver's certification required.

Pay & Benefits

• Contract W2 contract for initially 1-year, with intent to hire.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with occasional overtime.
