We're seeking a skilled Turnaround Mechanical Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of mechanical maintenance during critical plant shutdowns in the refining and power industries.

Role Overview

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement detailed plans for the turnaround, including sequencing mechanical tasks and allocating resources.
• Coordination: Liaise with operations, engineering, contractors, and internal maintenance staff for seamless integration of work.
• Safety Management: Enforce safety procedures, conduct safety meetings, and ensure a safe working environment.
• Execution Oversight: Monitor on-site mechanical work progress, identify issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and resources required for mechanical tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of completed work, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
