Site Planner

We are looking for a Site Planner to join the Major Operations team on an initial 12-month assignment. with our client a major EPCM working for a Tier 1 mining client. On offer is an initial 12 month contract on a 2 and 1 rotation out of Perth





Responsibilities:-

• Ensuring planning & scheduling for projects comply with company standards.
• Liaison with the Project Manager, design team, operations, service providers & other contractors on an ongoing basis.
• Advise, assist and support Extension of Time Claim delay analysis as requested by the Project Management teams.
• Design all project schedules and ensure integrity of data in all project life cycle.
• Work with the construction and project manager to monitor project works to identify and immediately act upon any areas of programme slippage in conjunction with Project Teams.

Candidate must have:

• Primavera P6 knowledge and experience essential.
• Experience working on an EPCM environment essential.
• Accurate ability to forecast project schedules for staff, potential delays and completion dates.
• Strong analytical, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately calculate construction costs and analyse risk.
• Experience in Detailed shutdown planning preferable.
• Commissioning Planning experience preferable.
