Join a leading international firm in the energy sector as a Senior Transition Manager HSE. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in health, safety, and environmental management while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace in Nanterre, France.

Role Overview

• Lead the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct weekly meetings with team members to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Oversee security service providers and manage site access control.
• Plan and execute crisis management exercises, including evacuation drills.
• Validate and update the Document Unique for workplace safety.
• Monitor accident statistics and implement corrective actions.
• Drive the certification process for ISO 45001 and ISO 22301.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain comprehensive risk assessment documentation.
• Serve as a liaison with external authorities on safety and environmental matters.
• Support the digitalization of HSE processes and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and monitoring practices.
• Experience with ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
• Strong analytical skills for risk identification and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills for training and awareness programs.
• Ability to formalize processes and procedures for organizational efficiency.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Certifications in ISO 22301, ISO 45001, or similar standards are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management within a corporate environment.
