JOB DESCRIPTION

Title:

Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Lead or deputy Lead Electrical Engineering Detail Design for Offshore (FPSO/Platform/Other) and/or Onshore facilities

• Overall responsible for entire Offshore (FPSO/Platform/Other) and/or Onshore FPSO electrical system design including studies, design, specifications and services related to MV (11kV)/LV(690/400v) Switchgear, Power Management System, MV VFDs, distribution system etc and also for 2D and 3D designing activities

• Perform Lead or Deputy Electrical Engineering role in detail design phase for Offshore (FPSO/Platform/Other) and/or Onshore facilities with MV (11kV) and LV (690/400V) system/ancillaries including transformers, etc.

• Manage team of Engineers with scope covering design/calculations, electrical packages such as switchgears/transformers, UPS, Distribution Boards or supported Mechanical packages reviewing engineering documents, etc.

• Manage team of designers performing 3D modelling and generating 2Ds deliverables such as SLDs, Block Diagrams, Interconnection Diagrams, Layouts, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with electrical design for Offshore (FPSO/Platform/Other) and/or Onshore electrical power and distribution system including minimum 3 years in Lead or Deputy Lead Engineer position

• Familiarity with global electrical codes, standards and regulations i.e. IEC/BSI, etc.

• Knowledge of electrical system for assessment/compliance studies and reports

• Good understanding of Electrical system design
