Receptionist

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and visitor log
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
  • Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Assist with travel bookings, office supplies, and vendor coordination

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school Diploma, or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) for daily interaction with international teams and guests
  • Professional appearance and a customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
