QSMS Manager
Airswift is seeking a QSMS Manager to work on a permanent contract in Niteroi with a large company.
Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and certification activities of the QSMS Management System and ensure compliance with corporate requirements through the application and monitoring of control tools, with a focus on the management, analysis and improvement of corporate processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of corporate processes required for the QHSE Management System;
Monitor the performance of corporate processes through internal control activities;
Critically analyze the QHSE Management System by reviewing and analyzing information from audits and QHSE performance indicators;
Report to Senior Management on the performance of the Management System and any needs for improvement;
Promote awareness of corporate and customer requirements;
Develop, disseminate, and ensure the implementation of policies and procedures at all relevant levels of MDT-BR;
Promote continuous improvement activities for the Management System;
Establish guidelines for QHSE activities in the company's various branches/business units.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Higher Education
Solid knowledge of international HSEQ Management System standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001);
Experience applying tools for mapping and monitoring processes and internal controls.
Experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Management Systems.
Fluent English
