Join a leading force in the downstream oil industry, specializing in bulk storage and fuel distribution. We’re seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-impact infrastructure projects in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Role Overview

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues proactively
• Track progress using KPIs and milestones
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies
• Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working with bulk oil tanks and storage infrastructure
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes in the bulk oil sector
• Practical knowledge in setting up and operating fuel stations
• Solid background in the downstream oil industry

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP Certification is a plus
• 10–15 years total experience in project management
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in setting up cement plants, oil depots, or fuel stations
• International experience in Africa or the Middle East is highly desirable
